Moriba Jah, Professor of Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Mechanics at The University of Texas at Austin (and holder of the Mrs. Pearlie Dashiell Henderson Centennial Fellowship in Engineering), is a renowned space environmentalist and astrodynamicist specializing in space object detection, tracking, identification, and characterization, as well as spacecraft navigation. He also serves as Chief Scientist at Privateer and Co-Founder of Moriba Jah Universal.

He founded and led the development of CyberSMART, a cybersecurity workflow management system that supports governance, risk, and compliance efforts, and has served as Information Systems Security Manager with the Defense Logistics Agency Program, which tracks $800 million worldwide.

Lead Software Engineer
Ziping Liu is a software engineer and AI architect specializing in knowledge graphs, LLMs, and intelligent data systems. As Lead Software Engineer at GaiaVerse, he drives AI innovation, developing GaiaGraph—a 13M+ record knowledge graph—and Seeker, an AI agent leveraging Adaptive Recursive Convergence (ARC) for advanced knowledge retrieval. With dual degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Asian Cultures from UT Austin, he blends technical precision with interdisciplinary insight. Previously at AWS and Texas Instruments, Ziping builds scalable AI solutions for space situational awareness, logistics, and environmental intelligence, advancing ethical, human-centered AI.

Fritz has over 20 years of experience in security, risk management, and privacy across regulated industries, including finance, telecommunications, and energy. He has served as Chief Information Security Officer for the Globe and Mail and held key security leadership roles at TD Bank, BlackBerry, The ATCO Group, and Info-Tech Research Group. A certified instructor with the Canadian Red Cross for over a decade, Fritz is a sought-after speaker on cybersecurity and privacy, delivering lectures at institutions like the University of Guelph and ISACA Toronto. He holds multiple industry certifications, including CISSP, CRISC, and CIPM, and is an active member of ISC², ISACA, and IAPP.
